Class Description
In this class Mistress HIBIKI will share both self suspension ties as well as stretches to optimise your experience.
After demonstrating some stretches MIstress HIBIKI will teach a hip harness for self suspension. Next will be an in air suspended stretch. Finally a self suspension sequence resulting in a full inversion will be covered.
